How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 250-1000 mg/day
• Typical use level: 10-50% in capsules; 0.1-0.5% in beverages
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
