How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 99–500 mg/day potassium from supplements; phosphorus intake counted in total diet
  • Typical use level: 0.1–0.5% in beverages and dairy as buffer; 5–20% in electrolyte powders
  • Formulation tip: Calculate dosage on elemental mineral content (see CoA), not on total salt weight.
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
  • Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C; hygroscopic – reseal promptly and protect from humidity.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

Regulatory Note

Permitted source of potassium in US dietary supplements and foods and listed under EU Directive 2002/46/EC and Regulation 1925/2006. Verify maximum levels and warning requirements in destination market. Mono- and dipotassium phosphate are GRAS and EU additive E340; specify the exact salt on documentation.

Diet suitability: Generally vegetarian. This product is supplied as a raw ingredient for further manufacturing and is not a finished consumer product.
