How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 500–1,000 mg/day propionate in studies
- Typical use level: 5–40% in capsule fills; 0.1–0.3% as a food preservative
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
