How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 100-500 mg punicalagins/day
• Typical use level: 1-20% in capsules and tablets; 0.05-0.5% in beverages
• Formulation tip: Dose on the assay value stated on the CoA; many polyphenol actives benefit from light and oxygen protection.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
