Quercetin – Instantized Grade

Quercetin is a flavonol widely distributed in plants and commercially derived from Sophora japonica flower buds via rutin hydrolysis. Offered here as liposomal, phospholipid-complex, microencapsulated, micronized and application-specific grades to improve dispersion, stability and uptake.

Instantized (agglomerated) grade that wets and disperses quickly in water, milk and shakes with minimal clumping.

How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 250-1000 mg/day
• Typical use level: 20-90% in capsule fills; 0.05-0.3% in beverages (dispersible grades)
• Formulation tip: Add to liquid while stirring; ideal for stick packs and ready-to-mix powders.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Instantized for rapid wetting and dispersion in cold and warm liquids.

Storage & Handling

Store sealed at 15-25 °C, protected from light, heat and moisture; liposomal liquids refrigerated at 2-8 °C and not frozen.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

Quercetin has US GRAS status for use in foods; it is a food supplement ingredient in the EU and other markets. Verify in destination market.
