How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 250-1000 mg/day
- Typical use level: 20-90% in capsule fills; 0.05-0.3% in beverages (dispersible grades)
- Formulation tip: Ideal where capsule space is limited; dose on active equivalent declared on the CoA.
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
