Plant protein concentrate (~80% protein) from brown rice by enzymatic processing. Application-optimised grades (direct-compression, instantized, beverage-dispersible, gummy-compatible premix) are engineered for flow, dispersion and processing stability.
Instantized (agglomerated) grade that wets and disperses quickly in water, milk and shakes with minimal clumping.

How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 20-30 g per serving
- Typical use level: 20-80% in protein powders; 5-25% in bars; 2-6% in beverages
- Formulation tip: Add to liquid while stirring; ideal for stick packs and ready-to-mix powders.
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
Store sealed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C, protected from light and moisture.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
