How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 2.5-10 g/day
  • Typical use level: 20-100% in peptide powders and sachets; 1-10% in beverages, shots and jellies; 5-15% in bars and gummies
  • Formulation tip: Low-molecular-weight peptides can be bitter; use flavour masking in beverages.
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
