How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 100-500 mg/day of complex standardized to carnosic/rosmarinic acid
• Typical use level: 10-60% in capsule fills and tablets; 1-5% in sachets and powders
• Formulation tip: Ideal where capsule space is limited; dose on active equivalent declared on the CoA.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.

Lipid-compatible; disperses in water with agitation better than the uncomplexed active; partly soluble in ethanol. Parent active: dispersible in water and warm liquids; soluble to partly soluble in ethanol and oils; phospholipid matrix improves wetting versus the plain extract

Storage & Handling

Store sealed in a cool (below 25 °C), dry place away from light and oxygen; nitrogen-flushed packs preferred; reseal promptly. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
