How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 250-500 mg/day of rutin
• Typical use level: 10-50% in capsule and tablet fills; 0.05-0.3% in foods
• Formulation tip: Standardized extracts are best dosed on the basis of the marker assay stated on the CoA.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
