How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 100-300 mg/day
• Typical use level: 10-60% in capsules; 0.1-1% in foods and beverages
• Formulation tip: Dose on the assay value stated on the CoA; many polyphenol actives benefit from light and oxygen protection.
