How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 250-500 mg/day
- Typical use level: 0.1-5% in capsules, powders and foods; 0.05-1% in beverages; 0.5-5% (as ferment/lysate) in skin care
- Formulation tip: Heat-stable; suitable for baked goods, beverages and room-temperature products.
