How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 320 mg/day of 85-95% fatty acid (liposterolic) extract
• Typical use level: Liquid extract filled 100% in softgels; 10-40% of powder grades in capsules
• Formulation tip: Standardized extracts are best dosed on the basis of the marker assay stated on the CoA.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
