How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: Used as sweetener; ADI 4 mg/kg bw/day as steviol equivalents
• Typical use level: 0.01-0.1% in beverages; 0.02-0.3% in foods, powders and supplements (about 200-350x sucrose sweetness)
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Solubility & Formulation

Soluble in water (Reb A moderately; Reb M and Reb D poorly soluble without processing); soluble in dilute ethanol; insoluble in oils

Storage & Handling

Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C, protected from light and moisture.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

High-purity steviol glycosides (≥95%) are GRAS in the US; EU food additive E960a (steviol glycosides from Stevia) with specific use levels. Verify grade specifications in destination market.
