How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 1-3 g/day (energy drinks often 1 g per serving)
  • Typical use level: 10-100% in powders and capsule fills; 0.1-0.4% in energy drinks; liposomal grades 5-30% in powders
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.

Storage & Handling
