How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 1.1–100 mg/day
  • Typical use level: 0.01–5% in tablets and capsules; ppm level in fortified foods and beverages
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
  • Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
