How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 1.1–100 mg/day
- Typical use level: 0.01–5% in tablets and capsules; ppm level in fortified foods and beverages
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
