How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 1.5-6 g/day (commonly 2.5 g/day in sports and 3 g/day for homocysteine support)
• Typical use level: 1-100% in powders and capsule fills; 0.2-1% in beverages; 1-5% as humectant in personal care
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
