How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 10–25 µg/day (400–1,000 IU); higher only under advice
• Typical use level: Dose-driven: typically 0.01–0.5% of 100,000–500,000 IU/g powders in tablets, capsules and fortified foods
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.

Storage & Handling
