How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 45–1,500 µg/day depending on market; higher doses used in some studies
• Typical use level: Microgram-dosed: 0.01–1% of 1% powder in tablets and capsules
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
