XOS – Instantized Grade

Prebiotic oligosaccharides produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of xylan from corncob, effective at low doses. Application-optimised grades (direct-compression, instantized, beverage-dispersible, gummy-compatible premix) are engineered for flow, dispersion and processing stability.

Instantized (agglomerated) grade that wets and disperses quickly in water, milk and shakes with minimal clumping.

How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 1-3 g/day
• Typical use level: 1-20% in powders; 0.5-3% in beverages; 2-10% in gummies
• Formulation tip: Add to liquid while stirring; ideal for stick packs and ready-to-mix powders.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Instantized for rapid wetting and dispersion in cold and warm liquids.

Storage & Handling

Store sealed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C, protected from light and moisture.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
