How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 3-5 g/day (optional loading 20 g/day for 5-7 days)
• Typical use level: 20-100% in powders and capsule fills; 20-40% in gummies (gummy-compatible grades); up to 90% in DC tablets
• Formulation tip: Add late in the gummy process (below ~70 °C where possible) and include an overage for heat/pH losses.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
