How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 200-400 mg elemental magnesium/day
• Typical use level: Dose by elemental Mg: 20-60% in capsule/sachet fills; 1-5% in liposomal liquids
• Formulation tip: Avoid milling or high-shear processing that could compromise the release matrix.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Solubility & Formulation

Matrix limits dissolution in acidic media; disperses at intestinal pH. Parent active: solubility depends on salt: citrate and bisglycinate water-soluble, oxide insoluble; liposomal grades disperse in water

Storage & Handling

Store sealed at 15-25 °C, protected from light, heat and moisture; liposomal liquids refrigerated at 2-8 °C and not frozen.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
