How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 1.5-6 g/day
• Typical use level: 20-100% in capsules/tablets and powders; 0.5-2% in beverages; 1-5% in cosmetics
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
