Microencapsulated calcium coats a calcium salt in a protective matrix to mask chalky taste, reduce interactions with other ingredients and enable delayed or controlled release. It is used to fortify foods, drinks and multi-nutrient formulas.
Delayed-release matrix powder engineered to protect the active through the stomach and support release further along the gut.
GUTINS Calcium — delayed-release matrix powder is offered for manufacturers, formulators and brands. Specification: active assay + encapsulation efficiency; form / technology: delayed-release matrix powder; diet suitability: Verify carrier.
