How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 100–250 mg/day in EU supplements (up to 1,000 mg/day used elsewhere)
- Typical use level: 10–80% in capsule fills; 0.1–1% in drinks; 0.1–1% in cosmetics
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
