How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 500-1,500 mg/day of standardised extract
• Typical use level: 10-40% in capsules/tablets; 0.1-1% in beverages
• Formulation tip: Standardized extracts are best dosed on the basis of the marker assay stated on the CoA.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
