How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 5-15 g/day
• Typical use level: 2-20% in beverages, bars and powders
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
