How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 20-30 g protein per serving as part of the diet
• Typical use level: 20-90% in protein powders and meal replacements; 5-25% in bars; 2-8% in beverages and bakery
• Formulation tip: Protein content per serving should be calculated from the CoA protein value (dry basis).
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Partly soluble/dispersible in water (improves with shear and pH adjustment); insoluble in oils and ethanol

Storage & Handling

Store sealed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C, away from light and moisture; reseal after use.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
