MCT powder is made by spray-drying medium-chain triglyceride oil from coconut or palm kernel with a carrier such as acacia or starch. It delivers rapidly metabolised fats for ketogenic and energy products in an easy-to-mix powder.

How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 5–30 g/day of MCT (start low)
• Typical use level: 10–70% in keto creamers and shakes; 2–20% in bars and baked goods
• Formulation tip: Avoid excessive compression force and high shear, which can rupture the microcapsules.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Solubility & Formulation

Cold-water dispersible (matrix dependent); the core active is released on digestion. Parent active: powder dispersible in water; MCT oil soluble in oils and ethanol, insoluble in water

Storage & Handling

Store sealed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C, protected from light, oxygen and humidity.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
