How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 100-300 mg/day
• Typical use level: 0.1-1% in beverages and infant-adjacent nutrition; 10-50% in capsules
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
