How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 300-600 mg/day of 5% withanolide extract (150-300 mg/day of phospholipid complex)
• Typical use level: 5-60% in capsule fills and tablets; 1-5% in gummies and powders; 0.1-0.5% in beverages
• Formulation tip: Add late in the gummy process (below ~70 °C where possible) and include an overage for heat/pH losses.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling

Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from light; hygroscopic - keep closed. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
