Baobab powder is the naturally dry pulp of the African baobab fruit, sieved from the seeds with minimal processing. It provides around 50% fibre, natural vitamin C and a tangy citrus-like taste. It is offered as standard and organic grades.

How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 5-15 g/day
- Typical use level: 5-30% in smoothie mixes and bars; 1-5% in beverages
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
Store sealed in a cool, dry place; hygroscopic - protect from humidity to prevent caking. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
