How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: Carrier use; respect ADI of 5 mg/kg bw/day
• Typical use level: 0.5-10% as carrier/encapsulant; 1-5% in fibre-positioned foods and beverages
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Soluble in water (solubility varies by type); practically insoluble in ethanol and oils

Storage & Handling

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C, protected from light and moisture.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
