How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 400–1,000 µg/day (as folate); higher only under advice
• Typical use level: Microgram-dosed: 1% stabilised grade at 0.5–10% in tablets and capsules; pure at ppm levels
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
