How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 400–1,000 µg/day (as folate); higher only under advice
- Typical use level: Microgram-dosed: 1% stabilised grade at 0.5–10% in tablets and capsules; pure at ppm levels
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
