How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 300-1,000 mg/day of extract
• Typical use level: 10-50% in capsule and tablet fills; 1-5% in sports powders
• Formulation tip: Standardized extracts are best dosed on the basis of the marker assay stated on the CoA.
