Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble, vitamin-like quinone involved in mitochondrial energy production, produced by yeast or bacterial fermentation. Offered here as liposomal, phospholipid-complex, microencapsulated, micronized and application-specific grades to improve dispersion, stability and uptake.

How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 100-300 mg/day
• Typical use level: 10-50% in capsule fills; 1-10% in softgel oils; water-dispersible grades 0.05-0.5% in beverages
• Formulation tip: Blend with standard lubricants (e.g. 0.5–1% magnesium stearate) and compress directly.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Solubility & Formulation

Insoluble in water; soluble in oils (about 1-5% warm); slightly soluble in ethanol; water-dispersible in CWS/liposomal forms

Storage & Handling

Store sealed at 15-25 °C, protected from light, heat and moisture; liposomal liquids refrigerated at 2-8 °C and not frozen.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
