How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 3-5 g/day (about 65% creatine)
- Typical use level: 20-60% in powders and effervescent formulas
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
