How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 3-5 g/day (about 65% creatine)
• Typical use level: 20-60% in powders and effervescent formulas
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

More soluble in water than creatine monohydrate; slightly acidic; insoluble in oils

Storage & Handling

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C, protected from moisture and light.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
