How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 600-2,400 mg/day of extract (about 50-100 mg harpagoside)
• Typical use level: 20-80% in capsule and tablet fills; 0.5-3% in topical products
• Formulation tip: Standardized extracts are best dosed on the basis of the marker assay stated on the CoA.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
