How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 300-1,000 mg/day of powder (approx. 30-200 mg CoQ10)
• Typical use level: 10-50% in capsules; 0.1-1% in beverages
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
