How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 100-300 mg/day
• Typical use level: 0.1-2% in beverages and liquid drops; 5-30% in capsules; colour use per regulation
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
