Yeast beta-glucan is a (1,3)/(1,6)-beta-glucan purified from baker's yeast cell walls at 70-85% purity and in application grades. Unlike cereal beta-glucans it is valued for immune rather than cholesterol positioning. It is a mainstay of immune-support supplements.

How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 250-500 mg/day
• Typical use level: 10-80% in capsule fills and tablets; 0.1-1% in beverages and foods
• Formulation tip: Add late in the gummy process (below ~70 °C where possible) and include an overage for heat/pH losses.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Dispersible in gummy syrup/gel systems.

Storage & Handling

Store sealed in a cool, dry place; hygroscopic - protect from humidity to prevent caking. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
