How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 600-1,200 mg/day of standardized garlic powder/extract (aged garlic extract 600-2,400 mg/day)
  • Typical use level: 5-30% in capsule and tablet fills; 0.1-1% in functional foods
  • Formulation tip: Standardized extracts are best dosed on the basis of the marker assay stated on the CoA.
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
  • Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
