How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 100-300 mg/day of 95% OPC extract
• Typical use level: 5-30% in capsules/tablets; 0.05-0.3% in beverages; 0.1-1% in cosmetics
• Formulation tip: Standardized extracts are best dosed on the basis of the marker assay stated on the CoA.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
