How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 100–1,000 µg/day
• Typical use level: Microgram-dosed: 0.01–1% in tablets, capsules and drops
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
