How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 50-200 mg/day of standardized extract
• Typical use level: 2-20% in capsule and tablet fills; 0.02-0.2% in beverages; 0.1-1% in cosmetics
• Formulation tip: Standardized extracts are best dosed on the basis of the marker assay stated on the CoA.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
