How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 2–4 g/day
• Typical use level: 50–100% in sachets and powders; 20–90% in capsules and tablets
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
