How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 2-10 mg/day (often 2 mg with 10 mg lutein)
- Typical use level: 0.5-20% in softgels and tablets (by assay); 0.001-0.01% in beverages
- Formulation tip: Dose on the assay value stated on the CoA; many polyphenol actives benefit from light and oxygen protection.
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
