How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 2-10 mg/day (often 2 mg with 10 mg lutein)
  • Typical use level: 0.5-20% in softgels and tablets (by assay); 0.001-0.01% in beverages
  • Formulation tip: Dose on the assay value stated on the CoA; many polyphenol actives benefit from light and oxygen protection.
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
  • Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
