Gamma-cyclodextrin is an eight-glucose ring with the largest cavity and highest water solubility of the native cyclodextrins. It is fully digestible and is the preferred carrier for larger molecules such as CoQ10 and curcumin.

How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: Used as carrier; up to several g/day in foods
• Typical use level: 0.5-10% as carrier/encapsulant; 1-5% in fibre-positioned foods and beverages
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Soluble in water (solubility varies by type); practically insoluble in ethanol and oils

Storage & Handling

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C, protected from light and moisture.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
