How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 1.5-4.5 g/day
• Typical use level: 20-100% in powders and capsules; 0.5-5% in beverages
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
